Delete your NailUP account

NailUP: Nail Art & Designs on Google Play and NailUP: Nail Art & Designs on the App Store are the same app, published by Reinless Studio. It lets you delete your account and everything attached to it from inside the app — no email, no waiting, no form to fill in.

Delete it from the app

1. Open NailUP and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account (it is shown while you are signed in).
3. Confirm in the dialog that appears.

Your account is deleted the moment you confirm. There is no grace period, and deleted data cannot be restored.

What gets deleted

We permanently remove:

• your account record — username, avatar emoji and the sign-in identifier we received from Apple or Google
• every post you shared, together with the photo attached to it
• your comments, likes and saved posts (your likes and comments also come off other people’s counts)
• the reports and blocks you made
• the push notification token for any iPhone you enabled alerts on
• your Design AI usage counter

What is kept

• Nothing personal. We keep no copy of your profile, your posts or your comments after deletion.
• Designs on your phone. Favourites, inspiration saves and AI designs are stored only on your device and go when you delete the app.
• Your subscription. It belongs to your Apple ID or Google account, not to your NailUP account, so deleting the account does not cancel it — manage or cancel it in the App Store or in Google Play. Receipts held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat for their billing and tax obligations are outside our control.

Can't reach the app?

Email contact@nailartdesign.app with your username, and we will delete the account for you within 30 days.
